Withdrawal/TC
We understand that families may sometimes need to withdraw their children due to relocation, higher studies, or personal reasons. To ensure a smooth and transparent withdrawal process, we have outlined the following guidelines for applying for a Student Withdrawal and obtaining a Transfer Certificate (T/C).
1. Written Request
Parents or guardians must submit a written withdrawal request to the school office at least two weeks in advance of the intended withdrawal date.
2. Clearance Process
Before issuing a Transfer Certificate, the student must complete the school clearance process, which includes: 1) Returning all library books and school materials, 2) Clearing any outstanding school fees or dues, 3) Returning any borrowed uniforms, ID cards, or electronic devices (if applicable)
3. Verification and Processing
The Accounts and Administration departments will verify the clearance and approve the withdrawal
4. Fees for T/C
T/C Fees to be paid to the Acoounts department
5. Transfer Certificate (TC) Issueace
Once Paid & verified all dues, Transfer Certificate will be prepared and to be ready for collection.
